There are lots of sites with the word MySpace in it... do you think they are actively enforcing their TM? I don't. Also, if you look on aftermarket sites people are bidding on worse domains with the word MySpace in it.

YES, They do enforce their TM. They probably would sue you for using it, A friend of mine had a problem with using a popular TM in the site address and was forced to transfer the domain to the company that owned the TM.

TM Issues mate. Theres no use trying to deny it, the word MySpace is a trade mark, unless you have a valid use for it that is not linked to MySpace and has nothing to do with MySpace you have no chance of keeping it.
