well, well, well....welcome to the unlimited wealth of attorneys that google can select from. if google is interested in a .ru, they will simply step up, claim their TM rights and swiftly take the domain from you.

all things considered, for mygoogle.ru, i wouldn't even value it at reg.fee due to the problems that are to expect.

*disclaimer: if i am totally mistaken and the TM rights that google has will not apply to your domain, then it's an entirely different ballpark.

Wow somehow I imagine the ice your skating on is clear as can be. If this does not border on infringment I would be totally shocked. I'm sticking with -reg fee because if they take it from you don't expect them to reimburse you.

On top of that it is a .RU domain

You might get it transferred, but then the seller complains... and course "iregularities" are found.... and guess what? the domain goes back to the seller and you lose your money.... who you gonna complain to in Russia? they'd laugh in your face. Perhaps the seller and the Russian registry split the cash, who knows?

Never EVER buy a .ru domain - even if the transaction seems to go smoothly you'll lose out... believe me.
