Advisor word is mostly used in official position context and Adviser is less formal and so can used in broad context. Yes no doubt expertadvisor.com has value. myexpertadviser.com can be used as a directory for various Consulting firms.

Word Adviser is used mainly for Consulting matters. Like Tax, Real Estate, Legal, Insurance..Adviser and so on. Word Advisor is used for State like State Advisor, Scientific Advisor and so on. Of course in some places even in State context Adviser word has been used. Yes Advisor is more popular. But Advisor and Adviser though both are used interchangeably, these two words are used in appropriate places. This is what i have come across.
