My computer has a virus ?

I have got them too.

Sometimes its hard to tell whats spam, whats a virus, whats real.

just delete it - you can virus scan your computer for viruses.

sometimes, a virus is hidden inside one of those virus warning emails.. so watch out.
they're sneaky.

The same thing happens to me in my old e-mail address. I use a new one now. Well.. I've changed my e-mail address like 4 times because of spam messages and these type of messages.

These are usually scam, they shouldnt send attaches in virus warnings. If your email has attaches (suspisious or if u werent waiting for them), don't open them.
