2 things about your question, though.
1) Might try this in the adult developers folder here (To see, make sure you have your age entered in your profile so the folder appears)
2) The name is targeted enough that there's really only one use for it, the sale or promotion of adult videos to an English speaking Indian market.

does it matter what language it is? Porn is porn whatever language it is in! No, really I think that allan is right. Unless you promote it to non-indian markets as well and neglecting the tld
