One problem as I ran into.
Trademark violation for this real easy.
They will claim confusion and come after you.

Musicnotes filed a lawsuit in early January claiming Stagepass.com's use of the musicnote.com name in the sheet music business was a direct violation of Musicnotes' intellectual property rights. MUSICNOTES, MUSICNOTES.COM and MUSIC BOOKS & MORE are all registered trademarks of Musicnotes, Inc.

I love the concept. It is exactly what I was thinking when I regged ChordCharts.mobi. I play keyboards and would really like to be able to download chord charts from my cell.
