The following have good commercial keywords, and could go for $xxx (possibly more with the right push):
Profitable.one
Repairs.one
Manchester.one
AutoRepairs.one
And the following potential as it's short, might take a while yet with market changes on 3L names:
pvt.one
Headset.one and Headsets.one
could get mid $xxx as they're becoming even more popular commercially, and most decent 2 word com and net are taken up.
However, consider that when going beyond com and net (the two main TLDs), there are suddenly many TLDs that could be used, possibly for cheaper or even hand reg, such as xyz, org, biz, info, even gTLDs, eg "headset.tech" might be better than "headset.one", etc. You have to ask why ".one" is better than biz or org or others which are generally already cheap to buy (although business folks (buyers) don't always think like this).
Non com and net definitely sell, some really well, but it's generally harder and with a smaller and more selective market.
As always, it all depends on the end user availability and their budget, and finding them. You could sell Profitable.one for 5 figures to the right user, it's just "unlikely" given the market trends so the "realistic" value is lower (depends on your determination

).
As you have some good single words, think about who could use the names and reach out to businesses. Some do buy names for brand protection, or second website for a promotion etc.
And remember this is just one person's opinion, which could be spot on, or miles out, or even proven wrong with the right marketing and determination
