If I'm not wrong, there are many restrictions on .ID domain registry, and it could affect the value of the domain. By itself it's a strong keyword, and I think you can find someone interested in it for $xxx, for sure.

Thanks.

What are the many restrictions? I know I can sell and transfer, what else is there? The biggest sale I know of was a .co.id for $60,000 earlier this year.

No, nevermind, it was late night for me and was a little confused.
REGISTRATION has many restriction (be resident in Indonesia, provide valid ID) but once registered the domain is "free" to go wherever he wants . Or at least i believe so.

However, i think mid $xxx is a realistic range in the reseller market.

You have to provide copy of passport but you do not have to be resident of Indonesia simply use a proxy as you would with .cn,.de etc.
