I agree with Michael ... the NEW "bestsites" was just recently updated, IMHO. And, no less than sixteen (16) of your twenty-four listed favorite .MOBI "sites" are (again) simple redirects to .COM's (with another three still having the .COM logo atop the .MOBI "site")!
Why are they not fully developing and promoting their own stand-alone .MOBI websites?
hawkeye said:Jeff, aren't you banned from the .mobi section?? Trying to get some flames going?
Glad to know how it really worked, you "opted" out and in while mobi enthusiasts were summarily banned.Jeff said:I've opted back in the the lively discussions ...
It's hilarious Jeff how you try to spin any good news for .mobi into something negative. It's obvious nothing has nor ever will change in your mind, you obviously are incapable of acknowledging anything positive for .mobi.Jeff said:All I hear here is "dot Mobey" ... if more than one actal human individual even comprehends the message of this commercial, it would be a miracle in my estimation.

Ok then, if you don't own any .mobi's and have noted (more than once here) that "you don't like .mobi, ...it isn't needed, ...you hope it fails", you mock the spelling of it (and those that invest in it), and you purposely deride it in your signature!, what is your interest other than to repeatedly asking the same questions, and making the same condesending remarks, over and over and over?? You don't ever contribute nothing positive to the conversations just negative beratings and redundant questions. To any and everyone else here, it is just deceptive flaming in the guise of 'wanting to know and caring for others needs of knowledge' (Jeff said:... I think anyone that has an interest in the ".MOBI" should be allowed to share their thoughts and opinions in here - ...
neobodhi said:According to the .mobi blog, it looks like this commercial will be playing in 43 airports throughout March. If I was sitting in an airport with a web enabled phone and saw this commercial I would probably check it out.
Jeff said:I'd be interested in the actual interest level / traffic figures, etc. in a couple months time ... and I'll be in and out of airports throughout much of the rest of March (and April), so I'll keep my eyes peeled, as well. :gl:

neobodhi said:I'm guessing weather.mobi and bestsites.mobi would see a decent increase, I would love to see their traffic states from before after and during this ad campaign. Something like "interest level" is pretty hard to quanitify, where would you even go to look for something like that?
