Minisites wanted

I have some names I want to move away from parking and develop into minisites. I do not like wordpress, jooomla, ect. I just want nice looking unique (3-5 page) cross browser compatible, valid xhtml/css custom templates. I do not want cookie cutter type, or free templates found on the net. I will supply the content. I also want you to be an adsense expert, someone who knows where to place the adsense codes and know how to blend in for best clicks.
