Bought this domain in 2003 and ran a blogging site on it for about 12 years. Shutdown a couple years ago.

Just got an e-mail from someone wanting to buy it but I have no idea how much to ask.

I'm not a fan of the phrase, but does have value. If it were mine I would either BIN it at mid $xxxx with make-offer or straight make-offer, but you might have to sit on it for a couple years. Don't dump it unless you put it on all platforms for 2 years at least and had no buyer interest.
