If the eventual owner of microsoftwindows.cc were to use the domain for a legitimate business e.g. selling 100% legal copies of Windows software then he/she would probably not get any trouble from MS. On the other hand, use it for spam or phishing and the flood gates (no pun intended) will surely open up.
