Think it's redundant in and of itself, perhaps "Brew on Tap" may be optimal in this context.

I pondered on buying this domain.. but actually I feel the two words are a fine combo.. and I feel they are not redundent in nature/meaning..
brew and tap mean two different but simular things.. IMHO..
we'll see.. i'll market the name through email.. and maybe I'll find an interested beer brewery buyer! "-)
