either way doesn't sound like a bad situation for the seller. isn't the worst case scenario that seller gets $300,000 and missed out on $1 million whatever?

or can they lose the domain and no $300K? and they have to pay damages? Yikes!

I own that. Why post it here? Also, I’d pay more than $300k for 420.com but that doesn’t mean the buyer doesn’t have a case. This will be interesting.
