There's a lot to be said from that ... regarding the contents of the "interest" you've received. Were they via E-mail, any indication as to the potential suitor? Chowder and lobsters are very good from the state of Maine ... $150 - $200+, IMHO, and potentially could ask for (much) more with the right End user "lead" (or contact), as I see it.
