the reason how i have it was that i got it through high school as i was developing the school website for them (currently writing the 50 page documentation for it ) but never needed it to use at home. They bought it for me and so i have no use for it now since i completed the site all in school (partly because my computer had a systems restart and so couldn't be used!)

Is that ok to sell? Im new to these things and dont know if it is ok lol

No, I think this is illegal. I think you have to send the whole package you boought to the person, not just give him a license.
