This is a new product release for Microsoft in 2004. Knowing them, it's unlikely to fail as they will just throw cash at it. The singular is taken in all bar the .us (which i think would be where the real TM issue would lie).

It would be interesting to see if your domain will make you a millionaire Sy4! (Don't forget me if you do haha!). The domain by itself is not that great, but with Microsoft, it can easily 10x your investment, good luck!
