Well, you’re acquainting this with a more popular and well established site and it’s possible that at any time the trademark holder will decide to exorcise they’re rights and seize this from you. However, I think it a bit odd that some obvious domain name (popular celebrity name websites seem to go unquestioned in these similar situations) situations such as these that are concerning a disquisition of a product, service or generality of popular culture (gosh I had to work hard to get the proper verbiage for this sentence – “stay in school kids”) seem to hold an unequivocal “fair use” status but this doesn’t seem to. It’s questionable as to the growth potential of this name but I’m sure that it’s limited because the more prosperity, the more likely it would not remain in the hands of its original owner.
Kind regards,
Kimmy
