Looking for simple site developer

I'm looking to develop some domains with some simple websites. I want a setup where I can easily add content, OR if you have seen the automated site thread, something along those lines. I was wondering if anyone could do that for me quickly and at a fair price?

i don't have the time or the know how to implement those CMS'. If someone thinks they could set it up rather quickly I'd be willing to pay for their time.
