Looking for Search Engine Help

I am trying to get some sites (plural) good positioning in search engines like google ect...

These sites have been on the net for a while (several years) and are "listed" by all major search engines (and a bunch of minor ones) but I am trying to get them listed and coming up on the first page or two of some hot keywords.

Any advice or recommended services would be greatly appriciated. i am considering hiring someone to do this if they can get me results, so anyone who knows of a good service or professional for this, those suggestions would be much appriciated as well.

It would help if you till us the sites urls and what hot keywords you are targeting. We need to see how good your sites are optimized for search engines and if you are targeting your keywords correctly.
