You need to create a ticket from your logged in account OR you can write them an email from your email registered with them. While requesting a push, of course you will need to mention the name of the domain and email-id ( registered with them ) of the user to whom you need to push the domain to.

P.S - I have a few domains with them and in my experience they respond within an hour, provided you write to them during official hours. They operate from India. So I will leave it to you to figure out the timezone etc.
