Looking For Designer for Many Projects

I am looking for someone who is a whiz with design (no need for flash - only gif/jpg etc.) to help develop many properties. Designer should have some experience with working with vbulletin and have general html knowledge is an asset.

Please let pm me with portfolio and approximate cost of designing www.gossip.net (for instance) so that I can gauge cost.

Clean, crisp, simple design is my idea of beauty. All designs could be Dial Up friendly.
