Looking for cheap webhosting

I need a hosting for my new project , i have a free forum hosting where i give free forum hosting to everybody . So here is what i need :

Webspace: 500mb-2GB
Bandwidth: 20-30GB
Emails: 20-30
Domains: Unlimited
I need to be able to add dns wildcards.
I need to be able to modifiy httpd.conf .


I need the last 2 things so my script can work, i paid for this script and i don`t want it to be a lost .

I will add only 1 domain at the moment but maybe in the future if i am pleased with the hosting i will add all my domains / sites there .

I am willing to pay $3-$4 / month, i cannot pay more now because i have another hosting account in other place and i pay a lot there .

Need asap !
