I agree with Elefekt.. IMO SSI is too limited in it's usefulness to support a forum community.

I'm imagining they're pretty content with their ".ORG", but if it were mine I'd ask them if they'd be interested in also securing the ".COM". Inquire as to their membership, traffic ... and whether they believe there would be any advantage (misdirected traffic or potential confusion with folks "defaulting" to the ".COM" when trying to locate their site, etc.) If this is the case ... $175 - $250+ ("Quick Sale" End user), IMHO ... depending on the response level you'll receive to the above inquiries.
