Looking for an image embed script similar to image hosting

Hi guys

I am looking for a script that would work similar to an image host script, instead I would add a code(provided by imagetwist)

When I hit submit, the script would generate a page using my default page.

So for example I uploaded a photo to http://demo.chevereto.com and it created:
http://demo.chevereto.com/?v=Ftgs.jpg


When the user clicks the image it takes them to imagetwist.
