Looking for a wordpress theme designer

Hello NPlers,

I am looking for someone that could design me a simple and clean wordpress theme to use as a template theme for my current and future blogs.

This theme would need to be programmed from scratch with input in terms of colours, etc.

I have a budget of $300 USD.

Please also provide some proof of portfolio and previous work.
