Need at least one dedicated IP for my SSL.
cPanel not needed but the host needs to help me setup a SSL and have awstats.

my vote for rapidvps.com. our experience with them is about a year and we are 99.99% satisfied. Not 100% as there was one downtime for about an hour one day.

All I can say now is it is pretty good! The only problem is that the cPanel isn't working, LOL. But still good! A+++++++++++++. Will update later.
