Looking for a PHP whizz?

Hey guys =)

I'm thinking of setting up maybe a small time web design business... a team of people. I'm thinking a PHP Programmer - a good knowledge of PHP - shopping baskets, member logins and the like?

Then someone with a good understanding of Flash - good with actionscripts etc.

Then there's me, the guy who designs, puts the pages together etc...

None of this is set in stone but I was wondering if any of you guys would be interested in being that PHP wizard, even if you are just kinda tempted... post here and we can talk more?
