Looking for a partner for numerous websites

Hello,

I am looking for a partner to help me start up a group of websites.

My two current projects are:
- FanDigest.com: A sports news site (I have an article manager script already purchased) and also a forum (which I should have no trouble getting active.
- XFactorHost.com: A web hosting company

With both of these sites I am going to need someone who can help with the graphics mainly. If you can also help with getting the sites active, it's a bonus.

Since I do not have much money to spare right now upfront, I figured I could eventually pay you monthly once we start making money.

So essentially I am looking for someone to do the following:
-Help with graphics/design of both sites and potentially future sites.
-Possibly help jumpstart FanDigest.com forums
