Hi all.
So I own Skwert.com and I want a layout which is similar to this:

The features I want from the layout is the seperated top and bottom sections which will change size as you click a link/button.
Basically my site will have my domain name centered at the top, with multiple text/image links under it forking out into sub-links on initial clicks.
When a user clicks the sub-link I want the bottom section to scroll up to cover the links and spread down as far as content goes.
When the user wishes to pick another link they can click an X in the corner of the scrolled up section which will then put it down into a small narrow bar along the bottom of the page (kinda like the facebook messenger bar), which they can re-open to show the same, or pick another link from the previous ones showing.
If you understand, and can build the JS and plain layout for me, id love you, and maybe pay if your asking not so much..
Or can you guide me to JS tutorials, I have experience in Java and PHP so i should be able to follow tutorials for this easily...
