Looking for a domain parking script.

Hi,

As I mentioned in the title I am looking for a domain parking script.

I like the setup as in this example.

What i want is something simple with script and design what I can use for my domains instead of parking them at parking companies.

Is there something on the market,or do i need a scripter to create this for me?

Please let me know your thoughts about this.
