Looking for a designer

Heey

I'm looking for a second partner for a new website we are developing.
Revenue and costs will be split equally amongst all 3.

We are looking for someone with skills in (in order of importance)
- Design
- Html
- Seo
- Basic understanding of php in order for him to be able to style phpbb forums.
- A good feeling with the designer community.
