Looking for a custom video site

I would like to get a custom video site made similar to sexyandfunny.com. This will allow me to upload content through a backend, spaces for links and banners, users can upload content and make comments, and search for items.

I already have a humor site with a few of these features speedoh.com, I you feel you could modify speedoh to have some of the features I am looking for that would be good too.
