Everyone likes short domains. But sometimes long domains can work well too, especially if they have a specific purpose. For example, the exact name of a business. The longest domain I've registered so far was 24 characters. It was for my brother's furniture store: DartmouthCasualFurniture.com

Tell me the longest domain(s) you've ever registered...

Well, I regged:

llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch.info

i.e.

llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwyll-llantysiliogogogoch.info

on a whim when the free infos were on offer, knocked together a rough page, but never took it any further.

I recognise that name - I drove throught there about 15 years ago and noticed the "massive" sign post :hehe:

I bet you don't get many direct type ins !!! :gn:
