Logo review

Hope this is the right place to post this. Just looking for some feedback on a couple of logo concepts. See the two below and then please let me know what you think!

I like the second one logo because its looks so professional and creatively represent the nature of business.

I prefer the first one with the little mess graphic element at the top. It may not be quite as "clean" as the second one but it adds a little pizazz.

The first one because those little squiggly lines between the two letters add character to the logo, kind of like the coke swirl.

First logo is much better. It contains creative spirit and made me (so it will make others) gaze at it for some time, unlike the second one.
