Everybody keeps telling me that the price of domains are going up every single day....so i figured in a week or two, it will make a huge difference! LOL

I think it's a good one worder, but IMHO, I don't think it's really worth $XXX,XXX, despite the sale of local.com for so much, one word domains may be listed for a lot of money, but the ones that actually sell for that much are rare. I say it's worth $XX,XXX though, definently worth above $30,000.

Are you kidding me? You are spamming the boards. And if you are looking to sell a domain for 6 figures, I don't think that you're going to find a buyer on these forums. I would try something like Sedo, Greatdomains, or even eBay.

As for my appraisal, low $xxxxx.
