I imagine a reseller would offer $20,000 in a second for the name.

I'm surprised no one mentions the $700,000 sale of Local.com last year (about a year and a month ago). Unfortunately, usage of "locals" is a lot lower, 60 million as opposed to 3 BILLION for "local". I'm sure searches for it probably follow that pattern as well. OVT w/ Ext on Locals.com is 131, which is decent. I would say you're probably looking at about $50,000 for the name, give or take. A rich end-user may surely pay more, so I'd personally ask for $80,000 to $100,000. Good luck!
