Seems like a nice short one-worder, but I don't have any good ideas for it's future. Valuations and advice appreciated for Load.info

That's funny, because that was exactly what I was thinking.

It's hard to put a value on that one because while the keyword is good, it would be difficult to make much money out of parking the domain--PPC could be extremely low as well as the extension hurts. A minisite may be a good bet like how to properly load a pickup truck when hauling, etc. If you get a nice minisite up and running, I'd say you're looking at $xxx (reseller) to very low $x,xxx to an end user.

Not to be the odd one but i was thinking along the lines of Load. Info:
"How to get that old computer game to load on my xp OS"
Or
"Can I drive my big rig over that bridge? What is the maximum load?"

Oh hell...that is all a lie.....I don't comment much on here but I have to agree with the prior, American Adult Internet Slang (hey that is what I am calling it) has (temporarily) branded "load"...........but any 4 letter domain name that has a current meaning that can be recognized by a majority of the people can be turned into what ever u want.....even a million dollars (with work, or the right end-user).

Hmm, well the adult site idea hadn't occurred to me. I won't be developing it that way, but if somebody else wants to I'd be willing to sell for upper xxx.

Otherwise I will probably be looking to do light development in the coming months.

Great name for a site that provided information on Mutual Fund Loads (ie, sales charges). It would be a lot of work, but would probably get decent traffic if done right as well as have nice paying ppc keywords.

That's a great idea. I didn't even think of that possibility. The MF industry has been under fire from regulators for about the last year and a half. Load fees are a hot botton issue right now.

I just took a look at how the other extensions have been utilised.

http://www.load.net/ - Coming Soon.

http://www.load.org/ - No Page.

http://www.load.biz/ - Parked (and not set to adult).

http://www.load.us/ - Parked at Sedo (also not set to adult).


The other options come to mind are...

Load.info - as in 'A Load Of Bollox'.

I don't mean your domain is.

Load.info - as in 'I'm Loaded' (With Money or Wasted On Drugs).

Load.info - as in 'Loads Of Information or Free Stuff.

Also, after debating among my friends here at the office, they claim I use the word 'Load' several times a day before and after I leave the bathroom, though I don't see much potential for Load.info - as in 'Dump My Load' !!!
