I think .biz is a sleeper and we'll see prices rise for domains actually fitting the ext as well as domains worthy of branding. Good keywords in .biz, if relevant, should be good in the long term.

ICANN is planning to flood the market with new extensions. Many will be for specific purposes (ie .food .Kurd) but some may be general (.web is still waiting). If there are a lot of general extensions and they allow 3 letter domains then the market for LLL.biz will suffer as much as any, and more than most.

there are so many good keywords .biz n LLL.biz going for only $XX prices..i doubt it will come soon.. maybe 20 years IMO no idea..
Wun be very high in reseller prices ..perhaps end users might pay more so depending on ur luck..

I don't know about $x,xxx - not on the reseller market. .biz has been around long enough though that it is recognisable to end users so it is always worth approaching people who may benefit from using a shorter domain, just don't go in with an outrageous price. Selling an lll.biz to an end user for anywhere between $500 and $2k would be a great sale, but an achievable one too imho.
