i dont see much if any real value in the is domiain without development.. it has great potential

for a Napolean Dynamite fan i can see someone buying this domain for somewhere close to registration fee

it would be worth the development.. im sure a site done right would be successful.. and people would spread it by word of mouth

Around the $30 value mark. Just because the word isn't used, doesnt mean it doesnt have value.

Thanks for the opinions, I added rep where I thought it was deserved.

I'll probably throw up a small informational site and hope that the high OVT means that visitors will eventually find the site through SEs.
