I don't understand why you don't have a simple forum set up on this name while it's for sale.

Wordpress has free forum themes you can install in less than 5 minutes or use phpBB, a free addon with practically every webhost. This isn't major developing here.

Add a forum to it, shell out a couple of hundred to advertise it and users will start registering within minutes considering the quality of this name,

Do this and you've got a high $x,xxx low $xx,xxx fairly easily.

960,000 search results for "Law Forum" - And not bs results, I've tallied dozens of successful forums using lesser quality names and this market has money to spend.

Letting this sit on a Sedo parked page with no effort comes across as you're just some dude who registered this back in the day hoping to get rich. You'll get high $xxx, low $xxxx offers from endusers.

With the forum on there changes the whole prospective of the sale from a buyers point of view that you're an investor who acquired a name for a project but has other things to pursue and it's a great opportunity.
