For a law firm looking for high google results or maybe potential lawfirm subdomain reseller/catalogue/directory (I imagine SEO usefulness for addresses like chicago.lawfirm.today and boston.lawfirm.today etc).

Thoughts?

.today seems to be geared more for "news of today" or something current

so, I'd say "lawfirms.today" is best application, where one can provide reviews, critiques, or major cases, etc.

other than that type of scenario .today has limited usage.
