Humble is my opinion but it's just gotta be worth more than the reg fee... one day!! And if Great Domains is pimpin' .cc too then I think it's going to catch on eventually!

I just try and think up word(s) and then try em out at godaddy.com... see if they are gone or available. Not very scientific eh?! :p Oh, and I'm learning now to check them against a google/overture/tracker to see how many hits the word might get.

I am skeptical but the name is nice. Perhaps at least reg fee + but have you looked at all the great .cc names sitting on Afternic lately with no bids? I hope it is going to catch on in the near future rather than later so that all the .cc holders so not have to pay a few years of the high reg fee.

Actually, I agonized over this one.. but the numbers were good. I agree shoes might have been better, but it was gone already... and footwear is still an industry term if nothing else.

I think that the 180K+ @ Overture proves that this keyword combo has strength. I'd say $150 tops in the current market, much more if you let it simmer for a while. As always: IMO.
