Where did the content come from?

All the entries are from today and yesterday (12 and 11 October).

I went to page 5 of the blog and started copying content to search for it and it seems this content is all over the place http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?...p+them+relax+and+focus"&FORM=MSNH&srch_type=0

if you take a close look the content goes all the way back to March

the content are sydicated from various different sites automtically
