@Eric Lyon - If possible, please check the thread before it was edited. It was updated yesterday to show the name was pending sale at BIN (which was initially put in the sales thread) and was posted as Pending Sale at BIN yesterday before the sale was finalized.

@FPForum - Update: I don't doubt that you may have posted a BIN in the thread or even posted sold on behalf of a buyer, however, the rules state that a buyer (them self) must post SOLD in a thread for it to be valid and binding. Since no buyer posted sold in this thread, there was no binding sales (as outlined by the rules):

6.2.10. Auction holders must sell to the highest bidder with a valid bid at the end of the auction or to the first buyer to accept a valid Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price before the auction ends. Rule 6.1.17 applies.

6.2.6. Auctions and bids that are illegible, conducted outside of the public listing (e.g. via private message), contain inaccurate information or invalid amounts are considered null and void.

Secret sales conducted outside an auction where nobody knows who the buyer is are not allowed.

Sadly, because no buyer posted sold in this thread, it leaves us with the following options:

1) Sell to the high bidder
2) If you no longer have the domain, we would need to issue a warning on your account so that if this happens again, staff will see it's not a first time offense and can take further actions.

Hey Eric - Thanks for the update. Totally my mistake then as I was not aware the buyer actually had to post BIN in the thread. I thought it just had to be from one side to let others viewing the thread know it was either sold, or pending. I should have read those rules a little closer, so it's my bad.

I will have to go with option 2 above because the name has already been pushed. But, I have no problem providing you (or the previous high bidder) with the new owners username. Heck, you could just go and look at my past PM's and probably see it.
