The name has been bouncing around domainer circles for a while. I think I bid something like $20-$30 for it on a Dynadot expiring auction, but lost to another NPer. That was when domains with hyphens were a bit more attractive.
You can try for 4 figures, and might get lucky. Or try for 3 figures and have slightly more chance of selling it. Or, as the name's history has shown, you may end up selling it off to another domainer down the road.
Hyphens are underrated, that's for sure. I made some great flips with them. But generally these that get good returns are taken in all extensions in the non-hypenated version, and most extensions in the hyphenated versions. They are also names with few alternatives for the buyer. In this case, though, there are kitchen gadgets, kitchen tools, kitchen accessories, etc.
The other problem is that all the other taken extensions, hyphenated or not, all seem to be for sale by domainers. I couldn't find one that is actually being used. Never a good sign. If they can't sell kitchenutensils.com or .net, there's little chance you can sell the hyphenated version. Except to another domainer.
If it were mine, I would either develop it (but I like kitchen stuff), or just try for a few hundred dollars. Or sell it to get my money back/cut my losses, and invest in a name with more potential.
