Well um, I don't really think you can convert an mpeg to jpeg. An mpeg file is a video, and a jpeg is a picture. So...reg fee or less

I think small value as-is, simply because you have the names for the two most commonly-known compressions in general use on the net. If you get rid of the notion of making a connection between the two, and just play on the fact that they're both compression and both popular, you might erect a nice info site on some aspect of them.
I'll keep the valuation low for now, but will give it SOME value due to having both those words in there, even though they're a little confusing used in context with each other...
resellers, undeveloped, maybe somewhere in the xx; low xxx if they simply really like having both words slammed in there together for some reason.

For me, this is a case where even a hyphen might help to separate them... even despite the constant debate over the value-lessening hyphen.
