there is just something about it i wouldnt spend 300 on it but thats just me ....

It might be worth that or significantly more. It depends on what else is potentially available and whether there's someone out there in the market for it in the near future. Real estate is generally a pretty good category.

I paid quite a hefty $$$ for this name from POOL. Tell me it is worth it. I saw it going for $300++ on namewinner but pool got it in the end.

What kind of site do you have planned for development? I'm envisioning some type of site like www.governmentauction.com currently is.

If there were multiple Pool/Namewinner bidders the high bid is usually an ok indication of its highest reseller value. I don't see a lot of demand for the term in the end user market. Only three paying advertisers on Overture for it. If you are targeting end users look for realtors that specialize in undeveloped land sales.
