Spanish for Games. ¿ is the mark used to start a question in spanish yet one is supposed to use a question mark at the end of the sentence this is not possible.
Any thoughts on this?

The upside down question mark is usually followed by a regular question mark, and as you say the ending question mark is not allowed. I think it is great to have the upsidedown question mark as a prefix. Especially for terms that are always/usually a question. Like:

¿comoestás.com
¿quépasa.com
¿quépasó.com
