Maybe widen the main layout a bit? It's too narrow.

Yeah widen the layout as it's too narrow and also spruce up the menu a bit as it looks very plain. Other than that it looks good.

Hey,

I think the only real problem is the header. It's really plain, but not really in a good way in my opinion. The navigation and main news area look nice and minimalistic without looking dull, but the text-header let's it down a little.

Maybe a graphical header???
